Monthly Bookkeeping
With our monthly bookkeeping services, you can say goodbye to the stress and confusion that often comes with managing your books. Each month we will ensure proper transaction classification, account reconciliation and generate a monthly report package for you that includes the Income Statement (also known as Profit & Loss) Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows. This service also includes a monthly check-in meeting to review your reports and answer any questions.
Clean-up / Catch-up
Maybe you have fallen a little behind (or a lot) - we can help! We start with a comprehensive review of your financial records so we can understand where you are and devise a plan to get you where you need to be. Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will work diligently to properly categorize and classify transactions and reconcile your accounts. Throughout the clean-up, we will look to identify any errors, inconsistencies, or duplicates. At the conclusion, we will provide financial reports including a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows.
Set up and Training
More of a hands-on DIY type? No problem! We can work with you to set up your QuickBooks account including a curated Chart of Accounts and provide personalized training sessions to familiarize you with QuickBooks features and functionality including invoicing, expenses bank reconciliation and reporting.
